I'm an macroeconomist. My main research areas are Quantitative Macroeconomics, Public Economics and Computational Economics. I'm particularly interested in household savings and labor supply choices in the context of retirement. My work investigates how economic crises, housing market regulations, and financial knowledge affect these decisions, and analyzes the broader implications for wealth inequality and social security systems.
I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Augsburg in 2022. Currently, I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Chair for Economics of the Public Sector at the University of Regensburg. I am also working on the project “Models of Imperfect Rationality and Redistribution in the Context of Retirement,” funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG).
